Basement Waterproofing

Sealing can be accomplished with a bitumen emulsion or composite membrane. We like to use a composite membrane as it is uneffected by weather since it does not require a cure time. We believe, this makes for a more consistant seal.

Any current sealing product must be protected from the forces of seasonal ground swelling and other movements that push rocks and other debris against the foundation wall. We use a hard plastic sheeting and securely fasten it to your wall.
